My Life
-is highlighted by the fact that I married the perfect man for me. I could go on for days about him, but simply put- he was created for me.
-is chaotic at times, but I wouldn’t have it any other way
-has been made complete by my three sons, Michael (3 yrs), Samuel (1 yr) and Joshua ( 1 month)
-has been made better by frequent visits to the beach, hanging out with my boys watching Cars, Toy Story or Thomas the Train.
I love:
- dessert, date night, wedding details, the story of how people fell in love, how a Bride found her dress, shoes, COACH purses, watching my sons play together.
-the smell of my boys when they come in from playing outside- it’s a combination only a mother could love- dirt, dogs and sweat. Yummy huh?
I’m learning:
-I should not love dessert so much
- to be comfortable with the fact that I’m emotional
-that crying during the mother/son dance is just a part of who I am (to date I’ve cried during every single one)
-to own the fact that I’m not the perfect wife, mother, sister, daughter or friend. But that it’s a privilege and honor to be each of those things and with each passing day I become a little better.
-that I am nothing and have nothing apart from my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He has been good to me, even when He’s taken things away.
Our newest addition to the family- Joshua Anthony- yes he’s that serious
takes after his dad.
